Or customize using your own colors. We can match nearly any Pantone or RAL color. Other custom colors may require a physical sample.

Choose your packing method

  • Standard packaging is one pot per carton.

  • Nest small items within larger items to maximize the amount of product shipped in one container. This is a great way to reduce your freight cost.

  • If needed, we can nest the smaller pots and ship their packaging materials flat packed in the container. When you receive the container, you can repack the smaller nested pots.

    • Choose your packaging type

  • Either pack your products in a carton Box or a carton box with honeycomb sheets for extra protection.

  • Packaging prices include black printing on the carton boxes, labels and hangtags. You can choose to brand your order with Tau branding or create custom sidemarks, labels and hangtags.

    • Choose your container loading method

  • Generally, we load all orders as loose cartons inside the container to maximize space. We can also palletize the carton boxes and load the container with pallets.

    • Choose your container size

  • 20ft containers have a maximum capacity of approximately 28 CBM

  • 40ft high cube containers have a maximum capacity of approximately 63 CBM

    • Build your order

  • Fill the shipping container using the Excel sheet provided, including a list of items we can either add to the container in the event of extra space or items we can remove in the event of insufficient space. Send back the Excel spreadsheet and we will run the order through our container loading software. We will adjust accordingly, based on the customer's priority list of items.

    • Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you a detailed product invoice and start production after receipt of the 30% deposit.

    • Email us your design files with clear and sufficient dimensions
    • Acceptable design files include: Solidworks, eDrawings, hand sketches
    • We will design a 3D version of your product then email a rendering and product specification sheets for approval
    • After approval we will provide a formal quote including lead time

    Terms

    • Product Development fee will apply; includes molding & tooling costs
    • A $2,500 minimum order spend applies for every new style created; development fees are not included
    • Lead time is approximately 45-60 days
    • Minimum order quantity is one 20ft container; can be mixed with custom manufactured, private label and/or other existing products
     

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The minimum order for factory direct orders is at least one 20ft shipping container. We do not accept less than container load orders (LCL) shipments directly from our factory. For customers in North America we offer Wholesale and Trade prices for smaller orders which can ship from our California warehouse.
